What we do
Projects that cross disciplines.
AGM combines project management with technical and creative production. The company can work on a defined component or coordinate a broader assignment that needs software, media, specialist suppliers and rights to fit together.
A compact model
The structure is deliberately lean. AGM defines scope, budgets and deliverables, carries out work directly where appropriate, and commissions specialist developers, designers, production personnel, musicians, studios or other suppliers when a project calls for them.
Much of the current work is confidential. The website therefore describes capabilities and selected historical work rather than publishing a client list or implying that confidential projects are available for inspection.
Software & Technology
Commissioned software, digital products, interface concepts, prototypes and technical systems.
Media & Production
Budgeting, crews, film and video, audio and music, production management and post-production.
Publishing & Rights
Publishing, licensing, rights administration, chain-of-title management and development support.
Working with AGM
Start with the problem, not a shopping list.
Some assignments are straightforward. Others only reveal their real technical or production requirements after the objective is properly defined. AGM is comfortable at that boundary.
